I recently stayed at Hotel Velvet Plaza in Guadalajara and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and attractions, which I loved. However, the lack of soundproofing between rooms was a big downside, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's modern and well-equipped, but there are some improvements needed for a perfect stay.
